Environmental Racism

Environmental racism is policies that disproportionately affect and disadvantage groups or communities based on race or ethnicity. It takes root in various forms, such as people of color historically being left out of activist and environmental groups. It occurs globally, through the treatment of indigenous groups in the amazon and the exploitation of workers in the garment and fabric industry.
